Our summer calendar would not be complete without gathering by the lake, so we are delighted to invite you to May’s Monthly Drinks in Lausanne on Thursday, 21 May 2026, from 18:30 to 21:30.

Please note that the venue has changed and the event will now take place at White Horse Lausanne, located just next to the originally planned venue in Ouchy, making it equally convenient and easy to access.

A Setting Made for Lausanne Summer Evenings

Set on the Ouchy waterfront, White Horse Lausanne offers a relaxed and convivial atmosphere in the heart of Lausanne’s lakeside district, just steps from Lake Geneva. Its central location and welcoming setting make it an ideal venue for an informal Oxbridge gathering as the longer evenings return.

Whether you are based in Lausanne, Geneva, or elsewhere in Suisse romande, you will be perfectly placed to enjoy conversation, reconnect with old friends, and meet new members in a setting that captures the best of Lausanne by the lake.

Practicalities

Dress code:
Smart casual, think “after-office by the lake.” Light layers are recommended, as the breeze from the lake can be refreshing in the evening.

Getting there:
The White Horse is located in Ouchy, easily accessible by public transport, including the M2 metro to Ouchy-Olympique, followed by a short walk. Public parking is also available in the Ouchy area.

Set on the Ouchy waterfront, The Lacustre offers one of Lausanne’s most attractive lakeside settings, with sweeping views over Lake Geneva and towards the mountains beyond. With its relaxed terrace atmosphere and privileged position by the water, it is an ideal venue for an informal Oxbridge gathering as the longer evenings return.
