“The course of true love never did run smooth…”But with fine wine, good company, and a summer’s evening on Fraumünsterplatz, we dare to try.
Join us for an enchanting evening inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream — blending Oxbridge elegance with midsummer revelry. Expect formal dining, a touch of magic, and (weather permitting) wine flowing from the fountains on the historic square of Fraumünsterplatz — an ode to summer and our wonderful alumni community.
Dress Code
Black Tie with a Midsummer Twist
(Think subtle enchantments: a velvet shawl, a floral pin, a moonlit accessory — but do note, the dining room is not air-conditioned!)

We welcome volunteers to participate in light-hearted scenes from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream — no acting experience required.Musicians are also warmly invited to share a short piece to help set the mood.
